El-Polycarp Y Degri (Executive Director)
A young philanthropist who hails from Balanga LGA Gombe state of Nigeria. He studied Health information management at the Jos University Teaching Hospital and currently works with the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria. He held several humanitarian leadership both national and international levels.
Among his current responsibilities are:
- Executive Director of CNECOF
- Advisory Board Member of Lift Angel Orphanage Home, Kaltungo, Nigeria.
- Advisory Board Member on Humanitarian Aid and Community Development of Christian Community of Uganda.
- Principal of CNECOF International College, Putoki, Nigeria.
Barr. Cyril Dulla Kadala - Board of Trustees Member
Member Board of Trustees, CNECOF.
He hails from Billiri LGA Gombe state of Nigeria, studied Law in the University of Maiduguri. He is also the chief legal adviser of CNECOF.
Abba Bello Misal (Advisory Board Member)
Abba Bello Misal is currently an Associate Member of the N’Zarama Centre Peace Building (NCP) in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire. He holds BA in Community and Development Studies (Daystar University, Nairobi, Kenya), MAIPS (United Nations Mandated University for Peace, Costa Rica, Central America). He was a volunteer and later a Community Development Facilitator (CDF) with the People Oriented Development (POD) of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA). He also served with the Centre for Rights, Education and Awareness (CREAW) in Nairobi, Kenya. In February 2010, he participated as an international observer that ushered the present government in Costa Rica into power. He is married and blessed with two children.
Pst. Joshua Mankale Tomtsu (Board of Trustees Chairman)
Chairman Board of Trustees. He hails from Tula, Gombe state of Nigeria. A serving pastor with Evangelical church winning all Gombe DCC, as well as a traditional ruler in Tula. Mr Tomtsu held many responsibilities both in the Government and civil community. He is currently a member peace and conflict resolution committee Gombe state Government.
Rev. Julius Badigo Nyayere (Advisory Board Member)
Hails from Sioux of Sudan.
He is the Founder and Rev. in-charge of Sioux Community falls church, North America, United States of America.
He is the president of Sioux Sudanese of America.
Dr. Kennedy Poloma Yoriyo (Boad of Trustees Secretary)

Secretary Board of Trustees CNECOF.
Senior Lecturer, Applied Parasitology and Entomology, at the Department of Biological Science, Gombe State University
Ligia Baldi Alvarado (Advisory Board Member)
Born and live in Costa Rica, Central America
Teacher of Mathematics at Liceo de Acosta,
Liceo de Heredia and Saint Clare School
Bilingual, and with experience working with
children, and teenagers, as well as people of the community.
Member of different groups of African in the Diaspora, studying, teaching and lecturing ASCAC Association for the Study of African Civilizations:
- Proyecto Caribe
- Damas del Caribe
- Fundación Arte y Cultura para el Desarrollo (Foundation for development of Art and Culture)
A member of different community organizations including:
- Fiscal of Federacion de Uniones Cantonales y Zonales of Heredia Province.
- President of Unión Cantonal de Asociaciones de Desarrollo of San Pablo de Heredia.
- Vocal of Asociación de Desarrollo Integral de Maria Auxiliadora.
- Member of the Asociación por el enfermo Pableño (Association to help people that need medicines or medical care).
I have dedicated part of my life to serve in what is necessary according to my possibilities. And I’ll keep doing it until God gives me life.
Barr. Melissa A. Wester
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER OF CNECOF INT’L
Melissa A. Wester earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Law & Justice from Central Washington University. Ellensburg, Washington USA
In 2005 published her 1st children’s book
“Playmation with Alexander and Benjamin ”
Advocate for Literacy.
Certified Mediator in Yakima and Kittitas Country from 2005-2013
Community Volunteer dedicated to eliminating child human trafficking and youth homelessness.
4 years working in education with at risk youths and 3 years in Social Services working with indigenous population.
Earlier this year 2019, at 46 years old, the Lord has called on Melissa to become a Martyr for God spreading the word to women and young girls in a common sense real life application throughout the world.
Melissa resides in Yakima, Washington, USA surrounded by her family and friends.
Call to mission and installation
Because of her burning desire to reach out to the disadvantaged women,children and other less privileged people around the world with the love of Christ through humanitarian services by the use of her God given skills and resources , that’s why God in His own divine arrangements He sent her to serve Him in the Ministry of CNECOF INTL ,one of the most largest child Care and women center in Africa and was nominated unanimously by the Board of Trustees to serve as an Advisory board member on this Day 15 of October,2019
